Leadership for a Culture of Learning and Thinking

This program, designed for educational leaders and intended to support systemic change in a school or school system, can be structured in one of two ways. Leaders can start with their teacher colleagues in the Teaching for Understanding 1 course and complete the work with their own Leading for Understanding course.

Alternatively, they can work with the Teaching for Understanding content in the Leading for Understanding course series (LfU 1 and 2). This program builds capacity for school administrators, principals and other leaders to fully support their teaching colleagues and enact the Teaching for Understanding framework at an institutional level.
